From each OTA, for the same period
- Total value of completed stays, per OTA
- Total commission or service fee deducted, per OTA. If you cannot find it, leave it blank: we use that OTA's standard rate
- The same period for every OTA: the last 3, 6 or 12 months
Where to find them
- Airbnb: Earnings, then Transaction history. Pick the date range and download the CSV
- Booking.com: extranet, Finance, then reservation statements or monthly invoices
- Agoda, Traveloka, Tiket.com, Trip.com, Expedia: the finance or reports menu in each extranet. Names differ; look for a monthly revenue report
Direct bookings and your website
- Value of bookings via WhatsApp, Instagram, your website or walk-ins, for the same period
- Your website today: none, guests can only ask, or guests can already book and pay
