What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and give website owners useful information.
Cookies We Use
Cookies and similar technologies on the Website fall into three categories, the same choices as in the cookie banner:
- Essential (always on): stores your cookie choice, language, and display theme, plus any form or checklist you have not finished, on your device. Without these the Website cannot remember your choices.
- Analytics (only with consent): Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use the Website.
- Marketing (only with consent): Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel, to measure the results of our advertising.
- Visit source (no cookie): campaign parameters from the link you opened, namely UTM tags, ad click IDs, and referral codes, are kept in your browser's sessionStorage until the tab closes. The campaign tag and referral code are added to the WhatsApp message when you tap a chat button, so we know where the chat came from. This storage does not wait for your cookie banner choice.
Third-Party Tools
The following tools run on the Website. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics 4 (analytics): measures pages viewed, traffic sources, and behaviour on the Website. The data is pseudonymous (no name, but linked to a device identifier).
- Google Tag Manager: loads tags on the Website. Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookies.
- Google Ads (marketing): measures whether a click from a Google ad ends in a WhatsApp chat or a submitted form.
- Meta Pixel (marketing): measures results of Facebook and Instagram ads. The Meta Conversions API sends the same events from our server, also only with marketing consent.
- TikTok Pixel (marketing): measures results of TikTok ads. The TikTok Events API sends the same events from our server, also only with marketing consent.
- Microsoft Clarity (analytics): records sessions and builds heatmaps so we can see which parts of a page confuse people.
- Vercel Web Analytics: counts page visits without cookies.
- WhatsApp: when you tap a chat button you are taken to WhatsApp, which processes data under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and marketing tools run only after you accept their category, with one exception: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and the Google Ads tag load on every page under Consent Mode. Before you choose, every category is set to denied and Google tags send only cookieless pings, without reading or setting cookies on your device. Analytics and ad cookies are set only after you accept their category.
How to Manage Cookies
You can change your choice at any time with the "Manage Cookies" button in the Website footer. It opens the same settings as the cookie banner, showing your current choice.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be switched off from the banner because the Website needs them to remember your choice.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legislation, or our business practices. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
