Buyers check your company before they reply.

The check takes five minutes. A website that gets you through it: who you are, what you do, why the work is safe with you.

What the buyer looks forWhat they find
  • The registered name and its addressNothing found
  • A product or service list with specificationsIn a PDF catalogue, not on Google
  • Work already completedA few photos on Instagram
  • An official contact, not a personal numberNothing found
ResultDid not make the shortlist

This check never reaches you. A vendor who fails it is rarely asked why, they are simply not contacted.

The enquiry that never arrived

One job worth IDR 40M goes to the vendor next door who could be verified. Losing it once is twenty times the cost of the page that would have made your company checkable.

One job as an example, not an industry average. The figure depends on the size of the projects you normally take.

The problem

Three things that turn a buyer away

Companies in Bali rarely lose on capability. What loses is the information that never reaches the buyer.

Search

Searched for, not found

A third-party directory, or nothing at all. That reads as a company that has closed.

Verification

Nothing that checks out

Procurement cannot confirm your registration or address, so your name is not passed on.

Comparison

Compared against three vendors

Three tabs open at once. The one without services and specifications gets crossed off.

How it works

A page that answers the check

A business website that works is not built like a brochure. The order follows the way a buyer decides.

Services and specifications readable at a glance

The service name, its scope and the unit it is measured in, on one line. Every major service gets its own page, so a buyer looking for one thing is not made to read all of it.

Registration and address that check out

The registered name, the office or plant address with a map, and an official contact, all in one place. This is the part procurement opens before passing your name up.

Evidence of work, not claims about it

Projects you have completed with their scope and year, the certifications you hold, and the clients you are allowed to name. One project written up properly beats ten sentences about commitment and integrity.

A WhatsApp button with the message already written

The buyer taps the button on a service page and the message already names the service, the rough volume and the project location. You only have to answer yes or no.

Metal fabrication in Bali. Photographs of your own work answer the question buyers most often hold back before sending an enquiry.

What you get

What is in a business website package

From a single page for a company with no address of its own yet, to a full site with a page per service and a blog.

  • Service pages carrying the scope and the specifications
  • A profile page: registered entity, address, and credentials
  • A project portfolio with the scope and year of each job
  • A gallery of the facility, the production line, or finished work
  • A prefilled WhatsApp button on every service
  • A contact page with a map, working hours, and official contacts
  • Standalone Indonesian and English versions
  • Service-area pages for the territory you cover
From brief to live

Three to seven working days, in this order

  1. Day 1

Send the profile and the service list

The registered name, the address, the services with their scope, and whatever photos exist. If the photos are not good enough, we say so up front.

  2. Day 2

    The page structure is set

Services are split into pages that make sense to a buyer, not to an org chart. The services people search for on their own are separated from the ones that only support them.

  3. Days 3 to 5

    Pages are built and filled

The Indonesian and English versions are written, a WhatsApp button goes on each service, and the map and official contacts are connected.

  4. Days 6 to 7

    Live and handed over

The domain is connected, the Google Business Profile is linked, and your team is shown how to change the content without contacting us.

A guarantee, not a promise

What we carry for your business website

How many enquiries arrive depends on your market, your pricing and your capacity. What we can carry is the work itself.

  • Live on the agreed date, or you do not pay the remaining balance
  • Revisions during the build to the package quota, written into the contract
  • Domain and source code in your company's name from day one
  • A 30-day post-launch guarantee covering bug fixes at no charge
The pricing

One job you do not lose already covers it

Three tiers, from a single offer page to a full site with a page per service and a CMS.

From
IDR 2,000,000

A one page landing site carrying the offer, the proof of work, and the WhatsApp button. Live in 3 to 5 working days. The domain and first year of hosting are included, then IDR 1M a year to renew.

Before you ask

The questions we get most

You do, and all three can run together. Instagram is good for showing work you have just finished, but its contents cannot be searched on Google and it answers nothing about registration. A PDF catalogue only reaches people you have already sent it to. A website is the only one of the three a buyer who has never heard of you can find, and the only one procurement can forward to their manager as a link.

That is where it matters most directly. A relationship supplies your name, then the person who receives that name checks it, and the check stops at whatever Google returns. A website does not replace your relationships. It stops them having to re-explain who you are every time they pass your name on.

To be checked, not to transact. The landing page and Business Website packages send buyers to WhatsApp with the message prefilled, and that is enough for almost every company, because a quote still needs a person to work it out. If you do eventually want buyers ordering and paying for themselves, that is an online store, with its own page and price.

Yes. On the Business Website package the service list and its specifications live in a CMS, so your team changes or adds to them without contacting us. On the landing page packages, changes are made by our team and billed by the hour under whichever care plan you take.

No, and you have more material than anyone. A new company has to invent a portfolio, while you only have to pick which finished jobs are worth writing up. What usually takes time is gathering photographs and confirming which clients may be named, and we help decide that on day one.

Send us your service list

The services and their scope is enough. One conversation and you will know which package makes sense, and which services deserve a page of their own.
