Couples choose from far away, for months.
They compare from another country before sending a single message. The website that puts you on their shortlist: packages and starting prices, capacity, a rain plan, and real weddings.
| Date | Couple | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Sat 7 | From the website, 80 guests | Deposit paid |
| Sat 14 | Asked the price by DM | Replied late |
| Fri 20 | Nobody yet | Open |
| Sat 21 | Referral, saw the gallery | Site visit |
| Sat 28 | Nobody yet | Open |
A date that passes without an event cannot be sold again. One empty Saturday in peak season is one event lost for good.
One wedding with a package value of IDR 150M IDR 150M goes to another venue because the couple could not find your capacity, starting price and rain plan. Not because your place is less beautiful.
An example of one event, not an industry average. Your own package values and number of dates set the arithmetic.
Three things that make couples cross you off
Venues and planners rarely lose on beauty. What loses is the answers that never reach a couple planning from far away.
No figure, so no place in the comparison
Couples set a budget before they ask. A business that does not write a starting price and what each package includes is often skipped, because asking the price feels like opening a negotiation.
Instagram is beautiful but answers nothing asked
How many guests fit, what happens if it rains, when the music has to stop, where guests stay. A photo feed rarely answers any of them, and couples abroad cannot come and look for themselves.
Messages arrive while you sleep
Couples in Europe or Australia often ask outside Bali working hours. By the time you reply they may already have contacted another venue whose page answered first.
Pages that answer before anyone asks
A couple planning from far away is not buying photographs. They are buying certainty that the day will run.
Package pages with starting prices
What each package includes, the guest count it covers and a starting price you set, plus what moves the figure. Couples arrive in chat with a budget that already fits.
Capacity, rain plan and house rules
Standing and seated capacity, the wet-weather area, the music curfew, vehicle access and nearby accommodation. What is usually asked one question at a time is written on one page.
Real weddings, with the couple's permission
A gallery per event: the date, the guest count and the shape of the day, not loose photos. We only publish photos the couple has agreed to in writing.
A WhatsApp button that already carries the date
The message already names the date they want, the guest count and their home country. Your team knows at a glance whether the date is free and which package fits.
A reception table already set. Couples abroad cannot come and see, so photographs of real events stand in for that visit.
What is in a wedding website package
From a single page for a planner starting out to a page per package, per venue and per event for a business with several locations.
- Package pages with inclusions and starting prices
- Capacity, rain plan and house rules
- A gallery per event, with the couple's permission
- A WhatsApp button carrying the date and guest count
- A location page with map and nearby accommodation
- Indonesian and English versions for foreign couples
- A page on the process from first question to the day
- A page for the partner vendors you usually work with
From 7 working days, in this order
- Brief
Fill in the brief form and a short call
Three things from you: your package list with starting prices, the venue facts (capacity, rain plan, rules), and event photos the couples have approved (about 30 minutes), plus a 30-minute brief by phone, WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom. If the photos are not good enough we say so at this point, not at the end.
- Day 3
First design draft
The structure of the package pages, the event gallery, a WhatsApp button carrying the date, map and accommodation. You see the live version, not a mockup image.
- Review
Revisions and text approval
Major revision rounds by tier (Landing Page 2, 3 or 5 across the whole project; Business Website 3 at each stage). You approve every figure and house rule before it goes live. Your review time does not count against the schedule.
- Day 7 / 10-14
Live and handover
Live and linked to your Google Business Profile on day 7 for a Landing Page, day 10 to 14 for a Business Website, counted from complete materials. Price and package changes go through the small-request allowance or a Care Plan.
What we stand behind for your wedding website
How many couples get in touch depends on your venue, prices and season. What we can stand behind is the work.
- Live on the agreed date, or the final invoice is cut by 5% per week, up to 15%
- Revisions during the build within the package allowance, written in the contract
- Domain in your name from day one, hosting on our account through the annual fee, code and content yours once paid
- 30-day post-launch guarantee for bug fixes at no charge
One date sold already covers the landing page
Three tiers, from a single page for a planner starting out to a full catalogue of packages and events with a CMS.
A one-page landing page with your packages, capacity, gallery and a WhatsApp button. Live in 7 working days from complete materials. First-year domain and hosting included, then IDR 1M a year to renew.
Five things planners and venues ask most
Send us your package list
Just your packages and the number of locations. In one conversation you will know which website package makes sense.
Proof
Client websites, already running.
Not mockups. All three are live right now, and you can open them before we talk price.
Three things we need from you
Live in 10 working days for Essential and Content, 14 working days for Plus, counted from complete materials.
Fill in the brief form
About 30 minutes. Your business name, service list, and links to photos you already have.
A 30-minute brief call
By phone, WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom. We match the page order and each service's WhatsApp message to how you actually close a sale.
Review at every stage
You approve the structure, the design, and the final version before we move to the next stage.
- Need it sooner? Rush Delivery cuts the schedule to 5 working days for Essential/Content, 7 working days for Plus. The fee is +30% paid with the deposit, refunded in full if we are late. 1 slot a month across every service.
- After launch: at least 3 enquiries within 60 days, or a free improvement round under your package's allowance.
