This annual renewal covers infrastructure only: hosting, domain, SSL, and monitoring. Maintenance, edit hours, and bug fixes with a written time limit run through the monthly Care Plan and are billed separately, so you always know which line is vendor cost and which is our work. Multi-year pre-pay: save 10% on 2 years, 18% on 3 years. Renewal price is locked for the first 3 years; after that, max 8% adjustment per year with 90-day notice.
