From year two there is one fixed annual fee, required while the site is on our hosting: hosting, domain, SSL, uptime monitoring, security updates, and restorable backups. On a Business Website, Care Lite is part of it. From year three the fee is adjusted once a year, by 10%, with the new figure sent 60 days before it is due. Want to move to your own hosting account? Why the annual fee is adjusted each year
We write it down now, before you pay, so year three holds no surprises.
People keep your site running, and Bali wages rise
The Bali minimum wage rose 7.04% for 2026, and by 5.9% a year on average since 2016.
Servers are paid in dollars
Hosting and the services around it bill in US dollars, while the rupiah has weakened by 2.8% a year on average against the dollar over the last ten years.
Prices in Bali rise too
Bali province inflation was 3.45% over the last year, according to BPS for August 2026.
How it is calculated
The rise is a flat 10% a year from year three, the same every year so you can work it out yourself. It sits above Bali inflation and the minimum wage rise, so server, domain and the time of the people keeping the site running do not fall behind. The result rounds up to IDR 10K, never past 10%.

What protects you
- Year two stays at the package price.
- The rise is never more than 10% a year.
- We send the new figure in writing 60 days before it is due.
- Do not agree? You can choose not to renew. We move hosting to your own account free of charge, and the domain has been in your name since day one.
If we ever stop offering a renewal, we tell you 60 days ahead and move the site to your own account free of charge.

Basic upkeep is already in the annual fee
Backups, security updates and bug fixes come with the annual fee; a Business Website also gets Care Lite. Care Standard is for owners who need more, and it is optional.

That is IDR 1,400,000 to IDR 2,700,000 depending on the tier, with the price fixed through year two. Stop after the first 30 days and the unused months become credit, valid for 12 months on any of our services, or are refunded if the service stops because of us.
