We build the store on your domain: checkout that works, stock that stays in sync, shipping rates that calculate themselves, and customer data you can export any time.
| One IDR 500K order, settled twice | Via marketplace | Own store |
|---|---|---|
| Sale price | IDR 500K | IDR 500K |
| Platform commission at 10% | − IDR 50K | IDR 0 |
| Order processing fee | − IDR 1,250 | IDR 0 |
| QRIS fee at 0.7% | already included | − IDR 3,500 |
| Reaches your account | IDR 448,750 | IDR 496,500 |
Commission uses Shopee's 2026 category A rate of 10% and the IDR 1,250 order processing fee. QRIS uses the 0.7% MDR that still applies on your own store.
Platform fees take roughly IDR 360m a year, before you count the ad spend you buy inside the same platform.
Using a 10% blended rate for a brand concentrated on Shopee. Lazada sits nearer 6%, Tokopedia and TikTok Shop nearer 8%.
Commission is only the visible one. The three below cost far more, and you only feel them when you try to leave.
Names, numbers and purchase history sit with the platform, not in your system. When you want to show a new product to a past buyer, you have to buy their attention again through ads.
The marketplace grid puts your product next to the cheapest similar item. A brand built over years is flattened into one column of numbers.
In May 2026 the dynamic commission cap on TikTok Shop and Tokopedia moved from IDR 40K to IDR 650K per item. A change that size happened with nothing for you to negotiate.
That IDR 47,750 per order only counts if people actually use the store. These four things are what make them finish paying.
Every payment method is paid with real money before the store opens. Cards, bank transfer, QRIS, e-wallets. A checkout that fails once loses that buyer for good.
Stock decrements itself when an order lands, shipping is calculated per courier and per city. Your admin stops copying tracking numbers by hand.
Numbers, emails, order history, all in your own dashboard and downloadable any time. That is what makes the next promotional message free.
Built on Next.js and Supabase rather than a stack of plugins. Product pages open quickly on mobile networks, where most Indonesian purchases happen.
Packing an order. The part that does not change, whichever channel sold it.
Six packages, from a landing page that takes orders over WhatsApp to a full store with its own checkout.
Product data, variants, prices and weights collected and cleaned. This is the part that most often stalls a build, so it goes first.
Product pages, cart and checkout flow. The payment gateway is registered in your company's name, not ours.
Every payment method is genuinely paid and then refunded. Shipping is tested to several cities. If anything fails, nothing launches.
The store opens and your team is trained to process orders and change stock. You hold the dashboard from day one.
How many people buy depends on your product, your pricing and your promotion. What is below sits with us.
Six packages: three landing pages that take orders over WhatsApp, and three full stores with their own checkout.
One-time, live within 30 days. WhatsApp-order landing pages start considerably lower. Monthly running costs are written out in the open on the pricing page.
One number is enough to work out what you pay in a year and how quickly your own store pays for itself. If it does not add up yet, we will tell you it does not.
