Websites for tour and travel operators

Activity marketplaces take a quarter of every seat.

A tour website that sells the way you sell in person: clear itineraries, per-person pricing, and a WhatsApp button that opens straight into a conversation about dates.

Selling through Viator or GetYourGuide leaves IDR 25M with the platform, on seats you still drive, guide and carry the risk for.

Using the upper end of Viator and GetYourGuide at 25%. Klook and Airbnb Experiences sit at 20%, Tiket.com and Traveloka at 18%.

Why guests do not book direct

Three reasons travellers go back to the marketplace

Bali operators rarely lose on the product. They lose on the page where the product is explained.

Unclear

The package is explained in chat, not on a page

If the itinerary, pickup point, duration and inclusions live only in your head, every prospect has to ask one at a time. Most will not, and they pick the listing that already wrote it down.

Unproven

Nothing on the page proves you actually operate

Marketplaces sell trust, not tours. Without real photography, visible reviews and a contact page that looks answered, a foreign traveller pays more for the feeling of safety.

Unpriced

Per-person pricing they cannot work out themselves

Tours are sold per head, per car or per group. A page that will not let a traveller do that arithmetic loses them at the exact moment they have to ask.

How it works

One page for one tour

Tour sites that work are not built like company profiles. The page order follows the order of questions a traveller always asks before paying.

One page per package

Every tour gets its own page with an hour-by-hour itinerary, pickup point and what is and is not included. It is also the page you paste into chat, so it works twice.

Per-person pricing written out in the open

Rates for two, for four, for a group. A traveller who can do the maths arrives in chat with a date rather than a price question.

Bilingual, because the buyer is not one market

Indonesian and English on one site with separate URLs that Google can read. Domestic and foreign travellers read the same page in their own language.

WhatsApp as the till, not a contact form

This market closes in WhatsApp. Every button opens a chat pre-filled with the package name, so you know which tour is being asked about before you type.

What you get

What is inside a travel website package

From a single page for an operator just starting out, to a full catalogue for one selling a dozen packages.

  • Tour package pages with itinerary, duration and pickup point
  • A per-person rate table readable without asking
  • Tour photo galleries, optimised to stay fast on field signal
  • Two languages, Indonesian and English, on separate URLs
  • WhatsApp buttons carrying the name of the tour asked about
  • A quote request form for groups and corporate bookings
  • Google Maps, opening hours and a full contact page
  • Domain, hosting and SSL included for the first year
From brief to live

From seven working days, in this order

  1. Brief

Fill in the brief and a short call

The package form, per-person prices, and any photos you have (about 30 minutes), plus a 30-minute brief by phone, WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom. If the photos are not usable yet, we say so here, not at the end.

  2. Day 3

    First design draft

Page structure, itinerary, price table, and the English translation. You see the live version, not a mockup image.

  3. Review

    Revisions

Major revision rounds per tier (Landing Page 2, 3, or 5 for the whole project; Business Website 3 per stage). Your review time does not count against the schedule. Then a check of speed, mobile display, and every WhatsApp button.

  4. Day 7 / 10-14

    Live and handover

Domain pointed, site live: day 7 for the Landing Page, day 10 to 14 for the Business Website, from complete materials. You get a short session on using the site and requesting changes. On the Konten and Plus Business Website tiers you publish your own blog posts through the CMS; price and page changes go through a small change-request allowance or your Care Plan.

Guarantees, not promises

What we carry on your tour website

How many tours sell depends on your product, your pricing and your season. What is below is ours, and it is written down.

  • Live on the agreed timeline. Late on our side, 5% off per week to a maximum of 15%.
  • A 30-day bug-fix guarantee after launch, plus 5 small change requests within those 30 days.
  • Every WhatsApp button is tested one by one before handover.
  • The domain is in your name from day one. The code and content become yours once paid in full, and if you move to your own hosting account, we help at no charge.
The pricing

One tour sold direct already covers part of the build

Three tiers, from a single-package landing page to a full catalogue with a blog and pages per destination.

From
IDR 2,000,000

A single-page tour landing page, live in 7 working days from complete materials, first-year domain and hosting included. Renewal from the second year is IDR 1M.

Before you ask

Five questions tour operators ask most

No. Marketplaces still bring travellers who would never find you otherwise. This site is for the ones who already know your name, for referrals and for group enquiries, because those are the three channels where the commission feels most wasted.

Not yet. Every package takes orders through WhatsApp, with the deposit paid by bank transfer or QRIS. For most Bali operators that flow closes faster than an online checkout. Online payment on the website itself is not part of any tier.

Every tour is listed on the Tours page, however many you have. The Plus tier adds a Tour detail page for your featured tours; any other tour that needs its own detail page is IDR 1.5 million per page.

Indonesian and English are included. A third language such as Mandarin, Russian or Japanese is an add-on, and it is better decided after you can see where your traffic genuinely comes from.

Its structure, speed and copy are built for it. Reaching page one on competitive terms is separate SEO work that takes months, so we do not sell it as a free bonus attached to a website package.

Send your tour list and we will say which ones deserve a page

The packages and their prices are enough. In one conversation you will know which website tier is sufficient, and which one would be overkill at your current scale.
