Every package includes basic security (HTTPS, DDoS protection, firewall), usage training, and a 30-day bug-fix guarantee after launch. After that, an optional Care Plan from IDR 450K/month covers backups, library updates, bug fixes, and a monthly allowance of small change requests. Cancel before we send the first design and your deposit comes back 100%; the earlier you stop, the more comes back. Once paid in full, the code and content are yours.

Clause 01. On time
Your website goes live on the date in the contract: Landing Page 7 working days, Website Bisnis 10, Plus 14, counted from complete materials.
Consequence: Late on our side: 5% off per week, capped at 15%, taken from the final payment. Late because materials from you arrived late: the schedule moves by the days of delay.
Clause 02. Technical performance
A Google PageSpeed lab score of 90 or higher on mobile at handover.
Consequence: We optimize for free, up to 2 rounds within 30 days. It does not apply when the score drops because of video, plugins, or scripts you added yourself after handover.
Clause 03. Brand SEO
Your website appears on page 1 of Google when your business name is searched, within 60 days of launch. Conditions: the name is distinctive enough, the Google Business profile is in your name, and the site is not blocked from indexing.
Consequence: You get free SEO optimization, one round a month, up to 3 rounds.
Clause 04. Matches the approved brief
What we build has to match the brief and design direction you approved in writing before we started. Revision rounds follow your package's allowance, and after launch you get 5 small requests within 30 days. Details in the Revision Policy.
Consequence: If what we deliver departs from the approved brief, we redraw it from scratch once, free, as long as development has not started.
Clause 05. At least 3 inquiries in 60 days
At least 3 genuine inquiries arrive through WhatsApp or the website form within 60 days of launch. Counted from your own data, not from a report we write.
Consequence: If it falls short, we run free improvement rounds over another 60 days: 1 for a Landing Page, 2 for Website Bisnis Esensial and Konten (including the Business Property Website), 3 for Website Bisnis Plus. Written conditions in the contract apply, among them the site link on your Instagram bio, Google Business profile and WhatsApp Business profile.
All five are in the contract before you pay, not after something goes wrong.

The limit
A small revision means changing text, photos, links, or element colours without changing the layout. Changing the colour palette of the whole site counts as a major revision. Landing Page: up to 5 batches across the whole project. Business Website: up to 5 batches per stage. Each batch is sent together in one list. Extra batches are IDR 500K per batch. Once the site is live, the allowance is 5 small requests within 30 days.

We ask for materials within 14 days of the deposit. Complete materials means: logo, photos (or a photo shoot date), business details (name, address, contact, prices or services), and domain access if you already have one. We confirm "materials complete" in writing within 1 working day of receiving the last item, and the schedule runs from there. We write the page copy. If there is wording you do want on the site, just send it over, Word or Google Docs is fine, and we will shape it to sit with the rest of the pages. Past 14 days, the schedule moves by the number of days materials are late, with no late discount from us. Past 30 days, the project is rescheduled into the next open slot: it is not treated as finished, and nothing more is billed before the site goes live.
Late Delivery Penalty (our side)
5% off per week of delay, capped at 15% of the contract value, only for delays caused purely by Dewata Tech (not late materials, feedback or access from the client). The deadline runs from complete materials, and your review time is not counted. The discount comes off the final payment. If we cannot finish, or run more than 3 weeks past the contract date on our side, you may stop and get your full deposit back.
What Happens to Your Money if You Stop Partway?

- Paying monthly: stop any time with no penalty, and service runs to the end of the month already paid. Paying yearly: after 30 days, the months not yet used become credit valid for 12 months on any of our services. If the service stops because of us, the unused months are refunded.
Website packages
- Stage 1: 50% deposit when the contract is signed, before work starts
- Stage 2: the remaining 50% once you approve the final version on staging, before the site moves to your main domain
- 100% of the total is paid in just 2 instalments. The same applies to the Landing Page and the Business Website.

- Credit cards work too, with no surcharge
- International clients agree the payment method on the invoice
Invoice & VAT
- Invoices for companies and individuals alike
- Prices exclude VAT (PPN). Where it applies, VAT is shown as a separate line on the invoice
- Clients that are legal entities may withhold PPh 23 income tax and send us the withholding slip

I am Weida. I run Dewata Tech with Wijaya, the two of us, from Bali.
