e grew up in Bali. The boutique villa by the Canggu rice field, the cliffside villa in Uluwatu, the family-run villa compound in Ubud. Their product is world-class. But their bookings get clipped by OTAs, and their listings vanish in an ocean of Airbnb and Booking.com competitors.
