The guarantees differ per service. The terms on this page do not. They cover what we need from you before we can start, what happens to your money if you stop midway, and who owns what once the site is live.
Most project delays are not about code. They are about material that has not arrived and feedback that contradicts itself. These six terms are what keep the contract deadline reasonable for both sides.
Client submits the material (photos, logo, and property data) within 14 days of deposit. The copy is ours to write, so it is not yours to prepare. If there is wording you do want on the site, just send it over, Word or Google Docs is fine, and we will shape it to sit with the rest of the pages. Beyond 14 days, project pauses and deadline auto-extends without compensation. Beyond 30 days, project closes with placeholder content and remaining payment is still invoiced.
Nominate one person to gather and send all feedback. We are glad to have your whole team look, but the notes need to arrive through one door. Feedback arriving separately from several people tends to contradict itself, and that eats your own revision quota.
Send up to 60 photos and we will pick the ones that fit your package's gallery. If you want to send more, please shortlist your best 60 first. Sifting hundreds of raw photos is a job of its own and is not part of the package price.
By sending photos, a logo, video, and text, you confirm you have the right to use them. This is not a formality: villa photography is often licensed for one use rather than sold outright, and photos from an OTA listing usually belong to the platform, not to you. If a third party makes a claim over material you supplied, that sits with you, and we will help swap it out quickly. Not sure where your photos stand? Say so and we will find licence-free alternatives at no extra cost.
Premium fonts, paid stock photos, licensed icons, and paid plugins are covered by the client. We always offer a good free alternative first, and we never buy anything without your approval.
5% discount per week of delay (max 15%), applies only to delays purely caused by Dewata Tech (not client late on content/feedback/access). Penalty credited to final invoice.
BEFORE YOUR SITE GOES LIVE
CARE PLAN SUBSCRIPTION
Handover is not the end of the relationship, but it is not a lifetime contract either. These three explain what we keep, what happens if a renewal lapses, and why the Care Plan is not locked to a year.
We keep raw files and project backups for 12 months after launch. Everything you need was handed over on launch day: domain, hosting, source code, and analytics access in your name. After 12 months our copy of the archive may be deleted.
We remind you before the due date. After it passes there is a 7-day grace period with the site still online. After those 7 days the site is switched off, not deleted. The domain, source code, and all data stay in your name and you can ask for them at any time, including guest data and booking history if you run the Booking Engine. Want to move to your own hosting account? We hand it over free, whenever you like.
Care Plan is optional and never locked in. Subscribe in the month you need something changed, stop in the month you do not. What it covers: keeping the site online and monitored, backups, security updates, fixing anything that used to work and stopped, plus content edit hours per tier. What it does not cover and is billed separately: new pages, new features, redesigns, and hosting, which is always passed through at cost. Without a Care Plan your site stays online as long as the annual hosting is paid.
Ask about any clause before you transfer anything. We answer in the same plain language you just read, and you are welcome to see the draft first.
