The link count on the package card is our work promise. If one month falls short, the shortfall is done the next month at no cost, and links lost during the contract are replaced. What we do not promise: a position on Google.

Media Publication

Not published within 14 days? Replaced, or refunded.

Every outlet in the package publishes within 14 days of the draft being approved. If not, we replace it with an equivalent outlet or refund that outlet's fee. We do not write misleading news.

AI SEO (GEO)

No improvement? One more round.

If the re-test 30 days after the GEO Fix shows no improvement at all, neither a wrong fact gone nor a mention gained, we do one more round at no cost. What we do not promise: that an AI will name you.

SEO Audit & Keyword Research

Fewer than 10 findings? Money back.

If the audit report holds fewer than 10 findings you can act on, the audit fee is refunded in full. A keyword that turns out to have no searches at all in Keyword Planner is replaced at no cost. What we do not promise: a position on Google.

Multilingual SEO

Hreflang errors? We fix them.

If Search Console reports hreflang errors within 60 days of completion, we fix them at no cost, and any language page not yet indexed is checked and resubmitted. What we do not promise: a position on any country's Google.

Local Citation

Wrong again? We fix it again.

A listed source that goes wrong again within 90 days is fixed again at no cost. A source that refuses to change is recorded with the reason, so you know exactly what is done and what is not. What we do not promise: a position on Google Maps.

Analytics & Tracking

A click not recorded? We fix it, free.

Every event is tested before hand-over. If within 60 days a click that should be recorded is not, we fix it at no cost. The data always lives in your account, so if you stop working with us, nothing is lost.

Conversion Optimisation

Not moving by day 30? One more round, free.

On the Fix and Full packages, if WhatsApp taps on the pages we changed do not rise within 30 days compared with the 30 days before, we do one more round of fixes at no cost. The condition: visits to those pages did not fall by more than half.

Existing Website Care

Site down and we did not tell you? That month is free.

Site down and we have not told you by the next working day: that month of Watch or Care is not billed. An update that breaks the layout is rolled back within 1 working day, free. We do not promise a site will never be hacked.
