The timeline, the split of work, and what is guaranteed in writing.
No mystery. Every day you know exactly what stage you are at, what to approve, and when your website goes live.
First win
Draft copy and the design direction for the main page reach you on day 2 to 3, before a line of code is written. You approve or reject it right there, so there is no full week of waiting with nothing to look at.
Applies to Landing Page and Website. Booking Engine sends wireframes plus the database schema in week one, because the booking flow has to be mapped first.
A 60-minute brief on brand and target guest, plus gathering assets (logo and photos). The copy is not yours to prepare, we write it.
Low-fidelity Figma plus draft headline, CTA, and form copy. 2 revision rounds included.
High-fidelity desktop & mobile, then straight into Next.js coding on a staging URL.
Microcopy polish, WhatsApp form test, mobile QA, and Lighthouse audit.
DNS pointing, SSL, Google Analytics, 30-minute training. Site live on your domain.
A 60-minute brief on brand, services, and target guest, plus gathering your logo and photos. The copy is not yours to prepare, we write it in both languages.
Page map (6 pages on Esensial, 10 on Plus) plus draft copy for each page. You see the design direction on day 3 before we continue.
Desktop and mobile design, then Next.js coding on a staging URL. Plus also gets the Sanity CMS blog set up so you can publish articles yourself.
Revision rounds, on-page SEO and schema, form and WhatsApp button tests, mobile QA, and Lighthouse audit.
DNS pointing, SSL, Google Analytics, Search Console. 30-minute training, plus 60 minutes of Sanity training on Plus.
2-hour workshop to map booking requirements, then page wireframes + Supabase schema.
Build the public Next.js pages plus an admin dashboard to manage reservations, guests, and inventory.
Real-time availability calendar, pricing rules, Midtrans or Xendit payment, auto email notifications.
End-to-end booking flow QA, final content load, 60-minute admin training, then go-live on your domain.
Most owners delay a website not because of the price, but because they imagine the hassle. Here is the split of work, counted in hours.
Your side
± 2 hours
Your total time, from brief to launch
The photos you already have, your price list, and the basics of your business. Over WhatsApp, with no long form to fill in.
Eight questions about your business and the guests you want. By call, voice note, or typed. Your choice.
Once at the day-3 draft, once before launch. You point at what is off, we make the change.
Our side
7-30 days
Our working days, depending on the package you take
If any single line here is the one that usually stalls your project halfway, that is exactly why it sits in this column and not in yours.
No copy yet
We write it from your existing Airbnb, Booking.com, or Instagram listing. You just correct what is off. Included, at no extra cost.
Rough photos
We start from your OTA photos so the site can still go live. If you want new ones, the photo package is sold separately.

The kickoff call is optional. The brief can be answered by WhatsApp voice note whenever suits you, with no Zoom to schedule.
This is the objection people rarely say out loud and think about constantly: what if it gets built, looks good, and then stays quiet. The answer is not a pep talk. It is a number in your contract.
The promise
Counted from the WhatsApp chats and form submissions landing on your own number and inbox. Not from a report we assemble, so you never have to take our word for the figure.
If we miss
We rewrite headlines and service pages, fix where the WhatsApp buttons sit, and repair the pages losing in Search Console. No invoice, and no requirement to buy another package first.
Three is not a big number, and that is deliberate. This is not a ranking promise. It is the lowest floor we consider reasonable for a site we built. If it is not cleared, the fault is most likely ours, so the fix is ours too.
