Before the shoot
- Make sure the property is tidy and ready to shoot when the session starts; if it is not, tell us first so we can move the date at no charge.
- Have your selling points ready: price, distance to the beach, private pool, whatever you think sells hardest.
- Payment is 50% at booking and 50% before final files are handed over; you see a watermarked preview before that final payment.
