Six written guarantees on your website build
How many guests actually book depends on your rates, your photos, and your service. The six below are on us, and each one names what you receive if we miss.
- What it means
- Your launch date is written into the contract, not just mentioned in a chat.
- For example
- A Website Bisnis Plus contract says 14 working days from complete materials. On the 14th working day, other people can open your website.
- How to claim
- Nothing to claim. We apply the discount ourselves on the final invoice.
- Worth knowing
- The clock starts when materials are complete: logo, photos or a shoot date, business details such as name, address, contact and rates, and domain access if you already have one. We confirm that in writing within 1 working day of receiving the last item. If materials arrive late, the deadline moves by the same number of days, and days a draft spends waiting for your answer are not counted either. If materials are still incomplete 30 days after the deposit, the project is rescheduled to the next open slot, with no extra invoice before the site goes live.
- What it means
- Your website has to load fast on a phone, not just look good on our laptop.
- For example
- Google has a free speed test called PageSpeed Insights, scored 0 to 100. We hand your site over at 90 or above on mobile.
- How to claim
- We show you the score at handover. You can also check it yourself any time at pagespeed.web.dev by pasting in your address.
- Worth knowing
- This matters because a guest who waits more than 3 seconds usually closes the page before ever seeing your rates.
- What it means
- When someone types your business name into Google, your own website should appear on page 1, not only your Airbnb listing or your Instagram.
- For example
- A guest hears your villa's name from a friend and searches for it. Within 60 days of launch, your website is on page 1 of what they see.
- How to claim
- Search your business name on Google, screenshot it, send it to us on WhatsApp.
- Worth knowing
- Three conditions: your business name is distinctive enough, the Google Business profile is in your name, and the site is not blocked from indexing. What is guaranteed is your own business name, not generic phrases like “cheap villa ubud”. Generic phrases are contested by hundreds of businesses and need separate, paid SEO work, with no ranking guaranteed. Anyone promising those free within 60 days is selling something they cannot deliver.
- What it means
- What we build has to match the brief and design direction you approved up front, not our own interpretation of it.
- For example
- The brief and design direction are agreed in writing before we start. Small revisions, meaning changes to text, photos, links or colours that leave the layout alone, are counted in sets. Major revisions, meaning changes to the layout, the order of sections or the page structure, are counted in rounds. The allowance for both is in the table below, and adding pages or features is quoted separately.
- How to claim
- Just say so on WhatsApp and name the part that does not match the brief. No forms, no ticket numbers.
- Worth knowing
- You see the first design preview on day 3, before we build further, and the brief is written down so either side can check it. We use the brief rather than the word "satisfied" because taste can shift mid-project while a brief can be re-read. Changing your mind is still fine and uses your revision allowance. Beyond it, an extra set of small revisions is IDR 500K per set, and an extra major round is IDR 500K per hour against a written hour estimate you approve before work starts.
- What it means
- Your website has to actually bring you people who get in touch, not just sit there looking smart.
- For example
- Within 60 days of launch, at least three genuine prospective guests contact you through the WhatsApp button or the form on your site.
- How to claim
- On day 30 we send a visitor summary. If inquiries have not reached three by day 60, tell us. Your WhatsApp history and form inbox are evidence enough.
- Worth knowing
- The conditions are written in full in the contract and on the website packages page, and none of them costs you anything. Among them: photos and rates complete at kickoff, the site link on your Instagram bio, Google Business profile and WhatsApp Business profile within 7 days of launch, and the Google Analytics we install left in place. What we do not guarantee: how many end up staying, because your rates and your replies decide that.
- What it means
- Your Website Bisnis has to start being found by people searching on Google, not only by people following a link you shared yourself.
- For example
- On day 60 after launch, Google Analytics shows visitors from Google search, but not one of them has clicked WhatsApp, sent the form or booked. That same month we start the first of up to 6 free SEO rounds.
- How to claim
- No claim needed. On day 60 we check Google Analytics and send you the result on WhatsApp, then a short note on each round we run.
- Worth knowing
- Website Bisnis Esensial, Konten and Plus only, not a Landing Page. Conditions: the Google Business profile is in your name, the site is not blocked from indexing, and the Google Analytics and Search Console we install stay active. Visits from ads do not count. Someone who searched your business name and then got in touch does count, because Google Analytics does not record the words searched. What we do not guarantee: a position on Google for generic phrases, or how many end up buying or staying.

Every guarantee above applies to every package, except enquiries from Google, which is Website Bisnis only. Only the figures change, because deadlines and revision rounds genuinely differ. These are the ones in your package.

Identical in every package, no exceptions
- A Google PageSpeed lab score of 90 or higher on mobile at handover. Miss it and we optimize free, up to 2 rounds within 30 days.
- Your business name on page 1 of Google within 60 days of launch, provided the name is distinctive enough, the Google Business profile is in your name, and the site is not blocked from indexing. Miss it and you get a free SEO improvement round each month, up to 3 rounds.
- At least 3 genuine inquiries through WhatsApp or the website form within 60 days of launch. If it falls short, free improvement rounds over another 60 days: 1 for a Landing Page, 2 for Website Bisnis Esensial and Konten, 3 for Website Bisnis Plus, on the conditions written in the contract.
- After launch: 30 days of bug fixes, plus 5 small requests within 30 days, at no cost.
- Cancel before we send the first design: 100% of the deposit back. After the first design, before the site reaches staging: 50%. After staging: 25%. Once live, payment for work already delivered is not returned, but defects in our work are still fixed. Refunds are transferred within 7 working days.
- If we cannot finish, or run more than 3 weeks past the contract date for reasons on our side, you may stop and take the full deposit back.
Care is not part of the guarantee and is not compulsory. It is listed here so you know the cost after the first month.
Working terms for website packages
For website packages, the deadline for your materials, the discount if we run late, and how much of the deposit comes back if you stop are written on one page. Booking engines and custom software have their own payment and refund terms on their pages.
