Are your villa photos ready?

Five minutes here saves the whole session.

• Every light on, garden lights included
• Towels, slippers, and toiletries straightened
• Bins, cables, and cleaning gear out of frame
• Pool skimmed, no leaves floating
• Shoot 07:00 to 09:00 or 16:00 to 18:00, never midday

If you only get four, get these.

• Front facade from the driveway
• Pool with the sky in frame
• Main living space from the widest corner
• Main terrace, shot wide

Multiply these three by your number of rooms.

• Wide shot from the doorway
• Bed corner lit by the window
• The view from the window or balcony

• One wide shot
• One detail of the vanity and toiletries

• Garden
• Entrance and gate
• Parking
• Outdoor kitchen or dining area

This is the part that stops a foreign guest mid-scroll.

• A set table or morning coffee on the terrace
• Towels and linen, shot close
• Fresh flowers or a Balinese detail
• One shot of the surroundings: rice field, beach, or cliff

The two most often missing, and the two that sell hardest.

• Pool with the lights on
• Facade or terrace once the lights are on

Not new photos, but they decide the final result.

• Longest side at least 2000 pixels
• Hero image landscape, not portrait
• No agent or OTA watermark
• No heavy filters or HDR
• Saved as high-quality JPG, not a screenshot
