Prepare this before your villa website is built

These four are what the contract calls complete materials.

• Logo as PNG or SVG. No logo yet? Say so in the brief.
• Villa photos, or a booked photo session date
• Villa name, address, WhatsApp number and nightly rates
• A preferred domain name that is still available, or domain access if you already have one

• Number of units and bedrooms per unit
• Amenities: pool, kitchen, air con, Wi-Fi, parking, breakfast
• Check-in and check-out times, deposit and house rules
• The cancellation policy you use now
• Your location pin on Google Maps

• Access to your Airbnb, Booking.com or other OTA accounts
• Your current calendar, so no night is sold twice
• Business details for a Midtrans or Xendit account in your name

• The package: Landing Page, Business Website or booking engine
• Site language: Indonesian, English or both
• Two or three other villa websites whose look you like
