1. 01

   Cost per enquiry reaches the number we agreed

   Before the first rupiah of ad spend goes out, we agree together on a fair cost per qualified enquiry, calculated from your own rates and data, and that figure goes into the contract. Applies while ad spend stays at or above IDR 5,000,000 per month and we built the landing page it points to.

   If we miss: If we have not reached that number within 60 days, we keep managing with no fee until we do, for up to 60 additional days. Ad spend still goes directly to Meta, because that was never our money.

2. 02

   On-time setup

   Setup completes and campaigns go live within 7 business days, counted from when your account access and materials reach us in full.

   If we miss: 5% off per week of delay on our side, capped at 15%. If what is holding things up is access or material from you, the timeline shifts with no compensation.

3. 03

   Tracking validated before ads run

   Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and every conversion event must pass test events first. Not one rupiah of ad spend goes out before tracking is proven to work.

   If we miss: If ads ever run without live tracking through our fault, that month is managed with no fee, and the wasted ad spend is credited against the next month's fee, up to the value of one month of management fee.

4. 04

   Reporting every two weeks

   Every two weeks you get a PDF report: how many people saw it, how many got in touch, and what each one who got in touch cost.

   If we miss: If a report is more than 3 business days late with no notice, that month's management fee is cut by 25%.

5. 05

   Stop anytime, the account stays yours

   No lock-in contract. Stop anytime with 14 days' notice, no penalty.

   If we miss: The ad account, pixel, campaign history, and every audience built along the way stay in your name. We hand them over in full within 7 business days, no conditions and no charge.
