The website ships on time
Live within 14 working days of complete materials. Late on our side: 5% off per week of delay, capped at 15%. Late because material or feedback from you has not arrived: the schedule moves with no compensation.
30-day bug-fix guarantee
For thirty days after the site goes live, bugs from our work are fixed at no cost, and you have 5 small requests within those 30 days.
Your villa name on page 1 of Google within 60 days
Search your villa name on Google and your own website is on page 1. Conditions: the name is distinctive enough, the Google Business profile is in your name, and the site is not blocked from indexing. Miss it within 60 days and we run a free SEO improvement round each month, up to 3 rounds.
Free SEO until Google brings an inquiry
If by day 60 after the website launches Google Analytics has recorded no WhatsApp click, form or booking from a Google search visitor, we run one free SEO round a month until the first one is recorded, up to 6 rounds, counting the villa name rounds above already used. Visits from Meta Ads or any other ad do not count; someone who searched your villa's name does. With the booking engine setup this is the same clause as the Villa Booking Engine guarantee, not 6 more rounds. It does not apply to the Already have a website setup.
Tracking validated before any ad runs
Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion events must pass a test event first. Not one rupiah of ad spend leaves before tracking is proven. If ads run without active tracking through our negligence, the Meta Ads guarantee applies: that month's Meta Ads management fee is not charged, and wasted ad spend is credited to the next invoice, capped at one month of the Meta Ads management fee.
The monthly can be stopped
Stop anytime with 14 days' notice, no penalty. If your package includes booking engine management, that part runs for a 3-month minimum and then stops with 30 days' notice. The website, the ad account, and the Google profile stay yours with their full history.
Every component keeps its own guarantee
The website carries the website guarantees: at least 3 inquiries in 60 days, or 1 to 3 improvement rounds depending on the package, on written conditions. Meta Ads carries the Meta Ads guarantees: campaigns live within 7 working days of complete access and materials, and the cost per inquiry in the contract when ad spend is at least IDR 5M a month; if that is missed within 60 days, we keep managing at no fee for up to 60 extra days. Google Business Profile: if verification fails, we fix the details and resubmit at no cost, up to 3 submissions. The villa photo session carries the photo guarantee: one free reshoot if you ask within 7 days of receiving the files. If any component misses, that component's own consequence applies. With the Already have a website setup, the website guarantees (on-time launch, 30-day bug fixes, villa name on page 1, 3 inquiries, and inquiries from Google) do not apply because we did not build the site; every other component keeps its guarantee. If your package includes a booking engine, the Villa Booking Engine guarantees on its own page apply, including the refund of the final 20% instalment on day 60.

Working terms for website packages
For website packages, the deadline for your materials, the discount if we run late, and how much of the deposit comes back if you stop are written on one page. Booking engines and custom software have their own payment and refund terms on their pages.
