During the build
One round is: you send one list of notes, we work through all of them, then we send the result back for you to look at. Ten notes in one list is still one round, not ten.
After launch
For the first thirty days after the site is live you get 5 small change requests, free. Things like changing the nightly rate, swapping a photo, fixing a phone number. This is separate from the rounds above and does not eat into them.
A landing page is built in one pass, so its rounds cover the whole project. A multi-page site and a booking engine are built in stages (wireframe, design, development), so each stage gets its own allowance.

Out of rounds and still want changes? That is fine. An extra round is Rp 500,000 to Rp 1,000,000 on the standard packages and Rp 1,500,000 to Rp 2,000,000 on the Booking Engine and Custom Property. We quote it up front, not on the invoice.

Anything in the first column we handle as we go, folded into the round already in progress. So you never have to sit on a small note for fear of spending your allowance.
Ten notes sent at once is one round. Sent one at a time through the day, each note interrupts work already in progress, and that is what makes projects run late. Collect them, then send once.
We are glad to have your whole team look, but the notes need to arrive through one door. Feedback arriving separately from several people tends to contradict itself, and what it burns is your own round allowance.
If you have signed off the design and development has started, changing the layout means redoing finished work. That is allowed, but it counts as a round rather than a small correction.
Ask before we start, not after. We will answer straight, including when the answer is that it gets billed separately.
