Depends on the tier. Pure Hosting Only, Care Lite, and Care Standard: Vercel hosting + domain are included in the price. Care Booking + Care Custom: hosting infrastructure (Vercel Pro + Supabase Pro + Resend Pro + domain) is passed through with no markup. You receive the real invoice as proof. Care Booking hosting estimate is ~Rp 1.3M/month.

Yes. No lock-in contract, no penalty. Cancel any time, billing pro-rated to the end of the active period. For month one: 30-day money back, full refund minus any hosting pass-through fees already paid to the vendor.

Care Standard is for company profile sites (static, blog, listings). Care Booking is for sites with a booking engine + payment gateway, whether that's direct villa booking or tour & travel participant booking. Care Booking now has 3 sub-tiers: Essentials (Rp 2.5M total/month, 2 dev hours), Pro (Rp 3.5M total, 6 dev hours), Enterprise (Rp 4.8M total, 12 dev hours + dedicated channel). Pick based on estimated dev hours per month and the response SLA you need.

Overages are billed per hour: Care Lite Rp 500K, Standard Rp 400K. All Care Booking tiers Rp 350K/hour (Essentials/Pro/Enterprise the same). Pure Hosting Only does not include dev hours. Buy the Pay-Per-Hour add-on at Rp 350K/hour (min 4 hours = Rp 1.4M). Care Custom rate is scoped during discovery.

The thinnest tier in Care Plan. Hosting + SSL + uptime monitoring only, no dev hours, no monthly security update. Fits clients who are super hands-on and just need their site online. Landing Page Property only (not compatible with Company Profile or Booking Engine). If you need anything beyond hosting: Pay-Per-Hour add-on Rp 350K/hour (min 4 hours) or upgrade to Care Lite.

Rp 350K/month for the first 6 months to keep the post-launch transition light, then Rp 500K/month from month 7 (locked permanently). It will not increase again. Clients who subscribed before this change are grandfathered at Rp 350K forever.
