Meta and TikTok do not sell placement, they sell attention. Creative decides your cost per inquiry, not targeting.

The three jobs behind every video
Hand over as much as you like. Scripts only, scripts plus editing, or everything including the shoot.
The first-3-seconds hook, the story beat, and captions in both languages. This is what decides whether anyone stops scrolling.
A shoot at your place on an iPhone 16 with an Insta360 Flow 2 gimbal. One session yields many variations, not one pretty video.
Dead gaps cut out, loudness normalised and noise reduced, captions burned in, royalty-free music, and cuts that flow. Upload-ready formats, and the raw files stay yours.
Six shoot slots a month, maximum. Any plan that includes a shoot follows that ceiling.
Against hiring a crew
One crew hire costs more than a month of our retainer, and you go home with a single session. Always On gives you a fresh session every month plus 6 finished videos.
You have the camera and the editor. What is missing is a script that stops the scroll. We write to the HFBE structure: Hook, Foreshadow, Body, Ending. The angle research is ours to do.

A month of scripts to test one by one
5 business days
Ads running continuously and scripts going stale fast
3-month commitment
One complete example for an Ubud villa. Every script we send looks exactly like this.
Hook
0-3s
"Your villa is not empty because the price is too high."
It attacks a false belief. People stop scrolling when contradicted, not when invited.
Foreshadow
3-6s
"There is one thing on your Booking.com page driving guests away, and it is not the rate."
Promises an answer without giving it. This is what holds someone to second 10.
Body
6-25s
"Your first photo is a bedroom. Guests do not buy a bedroom, they buy a quiet morning by the pool. Swap the first photo and cost per booking drops."
One idea, with proof a viewer can picture. Not five tips.
Ending
25-30s
"Go look at your listing photo right now. If it is a bedroom, change it today."
An instruction doable in one minute, not a request to contact us.
What comes with every script
The script above is a real one, not an empty template. Yours is written from your own offer and your own area.
These are our own accounts. Script, shoot, and edit done exactly the way you are buying.
We do not have client testimonials for the content service yet because it has just opened. What we can show is our own work, and we show it as it is.
Your phone footage is already good enough. What makes people scroll past is not the camera, it is a flat opening, dead gaps, harsh audio, and cuts that feel amateur. That is what we fix on every video, and the result is a 30 to 60 second cut people watch to the end.

3-month commitment
We can make your footage pleasant to watch, but we cannot add something you never filmed. Videos that travel and produce inquiries almost always already have these four things at the camera stage. Film with them in mind and the edit comes back very different.
Not sure what to film? Scripts and shot lists are sold separately in the Scripts section above, or we can come and shoot it ourselves.
One shoot produces many variants, not one beautiful video. Ads are won by testing several openers, not by one perfect film nobody clicks. Everything is shot on an iPhone 16, which is enough for vertical ads and far lighter on location.
Finding out whether ads suit your villa at all
10 working days
Ads already running and short on creative to test
14 working days
Ads running continuously and creative burning out fast
3-month commitment
No silent stretches. You know exactly when it is your turn and when it is ours.
Day 0
We send one short form: who your ideal guest is, what offer is running, and a link to footage or location access.
Day 1-2
Full HFBE scripts with hook variants and a shot list. You approve or ask for changes. No camera rolls before the script is right.
Day 3-5
If the package includes a shoot, we come to you. If not, your footage goes under the knife that day.
Day 6-7
Every video arrives at once, not drip-fed. You mark what needs changing.
Day 8-10
Revisions done, then final files plus raw files handed over. Finished.
How many views and how many bookings depends on your product, price, and market. These four are on us.
Singles in 2-3 business days, packs in 5-7, production in 10-14. Late on our side: one extra video free per week of delay. Late because footage or feedback has not arrived: the timeline shifts with no compensation.
The revision count is written into every package. We do not refuse a revision inside that quota, and we do not bill extra for it.
Raw files are handed over and the usage rights are 100% yours forever. We never hold files back as payment leverage.
Every video ships in a format that uploads straight into Ads Manager, Reels, and TikTok. If a platform rejects it on format, we fix it free.
Four guarantees. In writing. On every order.
The villa photo package produces listing photos and brand reels: clean, polished, made to introduce the property. This page produces ad material: many opener variants from the same footage, built to be run against each other in Ads Manager until the cheapest cost per inquiry shows itself. If you have no listing photos at all yet, start with the photo package.
See the villa photo packageEvery file is handed to you, raw footage included, and you can use it anywhere with no time limit. Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, organic Reels, WhatsApp Status, even the screen in your lobby.
No. We promise a number of videos, the production quality, and the deadline, not ad results. Too much of ad performance sits outside our control: your pricing, the season, and whoever is bidding next to you.
No, this is creative production only. Ad management lives in the Meta Ads or TikTok Ads packages. Those retainers already include re-cutting footage you own, but not producing new video.
The deadline is written on each package and counts from the day we receive complete footage, or from the day the shoot wraps.
