1. 01

   On time

   Scripts: a single in 2 working days and a pack in 5, from a complete brief. Editing: a single in 3 working days and a pack in 7, from complete footage. Production: 10 or 14 working days from the end of the shoot. Late on our side: for each week of delay you get one extra of what you ordered at no cost, meaning one script on scripting and one video on editing or production, capped at 3. Late because the brief, footage or feedback has not arrived: the schedule moves with no compensation.

2. 02

   Revisions always honoured

   The revision count is written into every package. We do not refuse a revision inside that quota, and we do not bill extra for it.

3. 03

   Raw files and copyright

   Before payment is complete you get watermarked previews to review and revise. Once the invoice is paid in full, the final and raw files are handed over and copyright in our work transfers to you. Music and stock assets follow their own licences, and we handle model releases.

4. 04

   Upload-ready formats

   Every video ships in a format that uploads straight into Ads Manager, Reels, and TikTok. If a platform rejects it on format, we fix it free.

5. 05

   Payment and subscription terms, stated up front

   Single scripts and single edits are paid in full up front, since the amount is small. Production and packs are paid 50% at order and 50% before final files are handed over; before that you already see a watermarked preview. One revision means one list of notes per video, sent all at once; replacing an already-approved script or reshooting is not a revision. Cancel before the first script is sent: your deposit comes back in full. Cancel after the script is sent: your deposit comes back less 10% of the package price for the scripting work, and the script is yours. Cancel less than 2 days before the shoot: less 25% of the package price, script included, because the crew and gear are already booked. Bad weather or a property that is not ready on the day: the schedule moves with no charge, as long as you tell us before the session starts. Subscription plans (scripting, editing, or the Always On production plan) carry a 3-month minimum; after that, cancel any time with 14 days notice, and an unused month's allowance carries over to the next month.
