Your website does not die quietly
Older websites often stop without anyone noticing: an expired SSL, a late hosting payment, or an old plugin broken into. We find out first, then we tell you.
Backups that can actually be restored
Backups are kept off your hosting server and a restore is included. A backup nobody has tried to restore is not yet a backup.
