The other seventeen carry no price, because we do not sell them separately. Putting a number on them would mean inventing one.

What we ask of you, and what you see before we carry on.
You send the material, we write
Your part is three things: fill in the brief form (logo, photo folder link and business details), a 30-minute brief by phone, WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom, then a review at each stage. The page copy, SEO and WhatsApp button are on us.
Design draft on day 3
You see the design direction before we build it out, not after everything is finished and hard to change. Cancel before this first design is sent and the full deposit comes back.

Design built around your business, to industry standard
Not a reused template. Page structure, colours and section order are built around how your business wins customers, responsive from phone to laptop, with industry-standard practice for conversion: one main call to action per section, prices visible without searching, proof next to the button, no pop-up covering the phone screen.
We write the page copy, in two languages
Indonesian for the local market, English for foreign guests. We write it from your brief form and call, at no extra cost.
Your social posts on the page
Selected TikTok, Instagram and YouTube posts are embedded straight into the site, so content you already made keeps working there.
Keywords from Google Keyword Planner data
Page titles and copy use the words prospects in your area actually search for, checked in Google Keyword Planner before they are written. Google Search Console is set up in your name, so you can see which words bring visitors.
At launch
Installed and tested before the site goes live.
Your business name on page 1 of Google
Written target: page 1 for a search of your brand name within 60 days, provided the brand name is distinctive enough, the Google Business profile is in your name, and the site is not blocked from indexing. If it misses, we run one SEO improvement round each month, up to 3 rounds.
Readable by AI assistants
Schema.org structured data, an llms.txt file, and AI crawlers allowed in. ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity can then read your site when someone asks about a business like yours; whether they quote it is still their call.
Meta, TikTok and Google pixels installed
We install and test the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Ads conversion tag through Google Tag Manager before launch, so retargeting can run as soon as you advertise. Data only goes to the ad platforms from visitors who accept marketing cookies.
Domain, first-year hosting, and basic security
A .com domain in your name from day one, first-year hosting on our account, SSL and DDoS protection. From year two it is part of the yearly fee; moving to your own hosting account is free.
If bought separately: IDR 1M to IDR 5M a year
PageSpeed 90+ on phones
Built for phone screens first, because that is where your customers open it. The target is a mobile PageSpeed score of 90 or above and pages loading in under 2 seconds; if the score misses, we run 2 improvement rounds within 30 days, within written limits.
Comfortable on a phone, for anyone
Buttons big enough for a thumb, text with enough contrast, alt text on every photo, and pages that work with a screen reader. Lighthouse Accessibility score of 90 or higher before handover.
Inquiries recorded, payback countable
Every WhatsApp click and form submission is recorded as a conversion in Google Analytics 4, in your name, split by source: Google, ads or direct visits. Multiply by your average order value and you know whether the website has paid for itself.
Cookie banner and Privacy Policy
A cookie banner with Google Consent Mode v2, so ad pixels only fire after the visitor agrees; since March 2024 Google has required it for remarketing to visitors from Europe. A Privacy Policy page from our template, adjusted to the data your site collects. A template, not legal advice.
After launch
What keeps running after launch.
5 small requests within 30 days
For the first thirty days after launch, we handle up to 5 small requests at no charge: changing text, photos, links, or element colours without changing the layout. New pages or sections are quoted separately. Beyond that, changes run through a Care Plan.
If bought separately: IDR 450K a month
30 days of bug fixes
Anything broken or not working to scope in the 30 days after launch, we fix at no charge. After that, bug fixes are part of a Care Plan.
Handover video
A short screen recording that walks through your website: how to read the inquiries coming in, how to check your visitor numbers, and how to send us a change request. Sent at handover, and yours to replay whenever you need it.
A one-page brand guide
If you have a brand guideline, we follow it. If not, we send a one-page guide with the handover video: the colours, fonts and tone the website uses, so your Instagram and ads show the same face.
At least 3 inquiries within 60 days
Counted from WhatsApp chats and forms reaching your own number and email. If it misses, free improvement rounds: 1 for a Landing Page, 2 for Business Website Esensial and Konten, 3 for Plus. Written conditions apply, including your site link on your Instagram bio, Google Business and WhatsApp Business profiles within 7 days of launch.
