Prices differ because the work differs
These six things move the number on a website quote more than anything else.
- Pages and what goes on them
- One page that leads to WhatsApp is far quicker to build than six pages of services, portfolio and contact. Who writes the content counts too.
- A template, or built around your business
- A template is cheap because many businesses share the same design. A layout built from your services and buyers takes working hours, and those hours are what you pay for.
- Features you will actually use
- A WhatsApp button adds almost nothing. Forms, a blog you edit yourself, two languages, or online booking and payment add working hours.
- Speed and basic SEO
- A site that is slow on a phone gets abandoned before it is read. Page titles, structure and speed are done right from the start, not patched in later.
- The year-two bill
- Domain, hosting and SSL renew every year. A cheap build can come with an expensive renewal, so work out the two-year total.
- A written contract and guarantee
- The launch date, how many revisions, and what happens if the vendor runs late. If it is not written down, it is not part of the price you pay.
Costs a first quote rarely mentions

What does year two cost?
A fixed yearly fee: IDR 1M to IDR 2M for a Landing Page, IDR 5M for a Business Website. It covers hosting, domain, SSL, uptime monitoring and security updates.
Whose name is the domain in?
Yours, from day one.
What if I want to change vendors later?
Hosting runs on our account while the yearly fee is paid. If you ask, we move it to your own account free of charge.
How many revisions?
The number of revision rounds is written per package. Anything beyond that has a price written in the revision policy, not decided afterwards.
What if the build runs late?
There is a discount written into the contract, and the deposit comes back in full if we cannot finish.
Do I have to pay for monthly maintenance?
No. The Care Plan is optional, from IDR 450K a month, for backups, updates and small changes.

Website + booking engine
A one-off setup with the website included: 50% at contract, 30% once a test booking passes on staging, 20% at go-live. Monthly management is optional. The software subscription is billed by the vendor straight to your card.
