15% of a website build, 20% of the booking engine part, 10% of other services. Or take it as 1.25x credit.
No name of ours on the site
The "Website by Dewata Tech" footer credit can be removed at any time, free.
Accounts in the owner's name
Domain and Google accounts in the villa owner's name from day one, so nothing is held hostage when a management contract changes.
One monthly report for every unit
Each villa's Care report is sent together, so you are not collecting ten separate messages.
A written date per villa
Units are built in stages within our monthly slots, and each villa's date is written down before work starts.
Price per villa
The same price an owner pays when they come to us directly. No volume discount: your value is the commission, not a cut in price.

How we start
Send the villa list
Name, location and NIB for each unit. We propose an order and write the schedule.
One villa as the example
The first villa is built in full, and you and its owner judge the result first.
The next units follow the same standard
The approved structure and way of working are reused; the design adapts to each villa.
Licensed villas only
An accommodation website we build goes live with the owner's NIB in its footer. A villa whose licence is still in process can start; going live waits for the NIB. We do not handle licensing.
