Five promises written into your contract

1. 01

   IDR 0 fee during the trial

   Meta Ads management and videos are not billed until a period reaches the first step, for at most 90 days from the first ad going live.

   If we miss: If the first step has not been reached by day 90, the partnership ends and the work during the trial is never billed. The setup is not refunded, because the tracking stays installed and stays yours.

2. 02

   Only bookings with a number

   Every period's invoice lists the booking numbers from ad clicks within 7 days, which you can match in your own system. Guests who only saw an ad are not counted.

   If we miss: A booking whose number is not in your system, or that was cancelled and refunded, is not billed. If it already was, the full amount comes off the next invoice.

3. 03

   IDR 0 in a period your revenue did not rise

   Every period, your total revenue is compared with the same dates last year, from the same system report.

   If we miss: If total revenue is not higher, our share for that period is IDR 0, whatever the ads recorded.

4. 04

   Tracking tested before the first rupiah is spent

   The Pixel and Conversions API are tested with one trial booking. No ad spend goes out before that trial booking shows up in Meta.

   If we miss: If ads ran without tracking through our negligence, the wasted spend comes off the next revenue share, capped at IDR 2.5M.

5. 05

   The account and data stay yours

   The ad account, Pixel, campaign history and audiences are in your name from day one. The videos become yours once the first share is paid.

   If we miss: When the partnership ends, all access is handed over in full within 7 working days, with no conditions and no fee.
