Four things we carry on Jaga

   Checked every working day, and you hear first

   The sync status of every active channel is checked every working day, Monday to Saturday. If a channel stops syncing, you are told by the next working day after the problem is found at the latest, with what broke and what we are doing about it.

   Consequence: If that message has not reached you by the next working day, that month's Jaga fee is not charged.

2. 02

   Repairs counted per job, with a written allowance

   Every month includes 1 repair for a villa and 2 repairs for a hotel, done in working hours. Adjusting settings when an OTA changes its rules counts as one repair.

   Consequence: Repairs inside the allowance are not billed. Beyond it, IDR 500K per hour against a written estimate, and nothing is done before you agree.

3. 03

   A double booking caused by us: capped at 1 month's Jaga fee

   A double booking caused by a sync error on our side: we find the replacement property and handle the guest. If you also take booking engine management, the cover in the booking engine guarantee applies instead.

   Consequence: We cover the price difference for one night, for one unit or room per incident, up to one month of your Jaga fee.

4. 04

   Stop any time, the system stays yours

   No minimum term and no penalty. We never move an account into our own name; access runs through an invite and is revoked when you stop.

   Consequence: If you stop, service runs to the end of the month already paid, and the system keeps running on your account. Only the monitoring stops.
