Three guarantees written into your contract

1. 01

   Fast Track missed, its fee back in full

   If you choose Fast Track, its live date is written into the contract. One slot a month across every service.

   If we miss: If the ads are not live on that date because of us, the Fast Track fee is refunded in full and we still launch as soon as we can.

2. 02

   Cancel before the script is sent, deposit back in full

   After the script is sent, the deposit comes back less 10% of the package price and the script is yours. Cancelling less than 2 days before the shoot deducts 25%, the script included.

   If we miss: The deposit is refunded according to that stage, never more than the whole deposit.

3. 03

   Account, Pixel and raw files in your name

   The Business Manager, ad account and Pixel are created in your name from the start. Videos, photos and raw files are yours once paid, except music and stock assets, which follow their own licences.

   If we miss: If we stop working together, every access is already yours, and paid files are handed over within 7 working days at no charge.
