Seven written guarantees for your store
How much you sell depends on your products, prices and promotion. These seven things are our responsibility, and they are in the contract.
Checkout tested before the store opens
Test orders are sent to your WhatsApp, and on Store + Payments every method is paid with a real transaction and then refunded. The store does not open until all of them pass.
If we miss: If an order fails within 30 days of launch because of a fault in our work, we fix it at no charge.
Live on time
The WhatsApp Store goes live within 7 working days and Store + Payments within 21, counted from complete photos and product list. Midtrans account activation is outside this schedule.
If we miss: 5% discount per week of delay on our side, capped at 15%. If what is delayed is your materials or approval, the schedule moves without compensation.
30 days of bug fixes
For thirty days after launch, bugs from our work are fixed at no charge, plus 5 small requests such as a new photo, price or text.
If we miss: Bugs we confirm are fixed without an invoice until the store works as the package describes.
At least 3 orders in 60 days
Counted from order chats reaching your WhatsApp and paid orders in your Midtrans dashboard, not from a report we write.
If we miss: If fewer arrive, we do free improvement rounds in the following 60 days: 1 for the WhatsApp Store, 2 for Store + Payments. Subject to written conditions in the contract, including the store link on your Instagram bio, Google Business and WhatsApp Business within 7 days of launch.
Your store name on page 1 of Google
Your store appears on page 1 of Google when its name is searched, within 60 days of launch. Conditions: the name is distinctive enough, the Google Business profile is in your name, and the store is not blocked from indexing.
If we miss: You get free SEO optimization, one round a month, up to 3 rounds.
Domain, accounts and code are yours
Domain and Midtrans account in your name from the start. We sign in as a separate user, never ask for your passwords, and the order log lives in your own Google Sheet.
If we miss: If we part ways, we hand over the store code and product data within 7 working days, at no extra charge.
We never take a share of your sales
No commission, revenue share or per-transaction fee from us. You pay the package price, the annual fee from year two, and a Care Plan if you choose one.
If we miss: This clause is in the contract, so any invoice from us for a share of sales is invalid and you do not have to pay it.
What we do not guarantee: how much you sell. Anyone who guarantees that is guessing.
Working terms for website packages
One page sets out the materials deadline, the discount if we run late, and the deposit you get back if you stop. Booking engines and custom software have their own terms.
