- Shoot at your property, including waiting for the good light.
- Pick the best takes out of everything recorded and drop the rest.
- Edit: cut dead air, stabilise the footage, match the colour, clean up the audio.
- Write overlay text and captions in both Indonesian and English.
- Add royalty-free background music, used as its terms allow.
- Export per platform, with the ratio and file size already right for Meta and TikTok.
- Once the invoice is paid in full, hand over the finished files plus the raw footage, all of it yours.

What happens, day by day

Brief
We send one short form: who your ideal guest is, what offer is running, and a link to footage or location access.
Step 2
Script approved
For videos we shoot: the HFBE script is done in 2 working days for a single script or 5 for a pack of ten, from a complete brief. You approve or ask for changes before any camera rolls. If you send your own footage, this step is skipped.
Step 3
Shoot or send footage
If the package includes a shoot, the session is scheduled once the script is approved. If you send your own footage, editing starts as soon as we receive the complete files.
Step 4
Videos ready
Editing is done in 3 working days (single) or 7 (pack of 5) from complete footage. Production is done in 10 working days (Test Run) or 14 (Campaign) from the end of the shoot. Every video arrives at once, not drip-fed.
Step 5
Revisions and handover
You mark what needs a revision, we do it, then final files plus raw files are handed over once paid in full. Subscription plans are delivered in batches across the month.

Turnkey means paying for three jobs at once. If you already have one of them, another page is cheaper.

Guarantees, Not Promises
Five written guarantees on every content order
How many views and how many bookings depends on your product, price, and market. These four are on us.
Clause 01. On time
Scripts: a single in 2 working days and a pack in 5, from a complete brief. Editing: a single in 3 working days and a pack in 7, from complete footage. Production: 10 or 14 working days from the end of the shoot. Late on our side: for each week of delay you get one extra of what you ordered at no cost, meaning one script on scripting and one video on editing or production, capped at 3. Late because the brief, footage or feedback has not arrived: the schedule moves with no compensation.
Clause 02. Revisions always honoured
The revision count is written into every package. We do not refuse a revision inside that quota, and we do not bill extra for it.
Clause 03. Raw files and copyright
Before payment is complete you get watermarked previews to review and revise. Once the invoice is paid in full, the final and raw files are handed over and copyright in our work transfers to you. Music and stock assets follow their own licences, and we handle model releases.
Clause 04. Upload-ready formats
Every video ships in a format that uploads straight into Ads Manager, Reels, and TikTok. If a platform rejects it on format, we fix it free.
Clause 05. Payment and subscription terms, stated up front
Single scripts and single edits are paid in full up front, since the amount is small. Production and packs are paid 50% at order and 50% before final files are handed over; before that you already see a watermarked preview. One revision means one list of notes per video, sent all at once; replacing an already-approved script or reshooting is not a revision. Cancel before the first script is sent: your deposit comes back in full. Cancel after the script is sent: your deposit comes back less 10% of the package price for the scripting work, and the script is yours. Cancel less than 2 days before the shoot: less 25% of the package price, script included, because the crew and gear are already booked. Bad weather or a property that is not ready on the day: the schedule moves with no charge, as long as you tell us before the session starts. Subscription plans (scripting, editing, or the Always On production plan) carry a 3-month minimum; after that, cancel any time with 14 days notice, and an unused month's allowance carries over to the next month.
