This guide explains the options without the jargon. Ten minutes of reading and you can decide for yourself which package makes sense.
Not through feature lists. Find the situation closest to yours.
If this is you
You have one villa. Guests find you on Airbnb or Instagram, then message you on WhatsApp with questions.
From Rp 5M
One convincing page: photos, rates, location, and a WhatsApp button. Guests who are already interested just tap and chat.
Not yet a fit if: You have several units with different dates open.
If this is you
You have several villas, or you sell other services too. Guests and partners want the full picture before they get in touch.
From Rp 13M
Several pages: profile, villa listings, blog, contact. You can change the content yourself without calling a developer.
Not yet a fit if: Guests need to see open dates and pay on the site itself.
If this is you
Guests keep asking “is the 12th free?” and you check by hand. OTA commission is starting to hurt.
From Rp 45M
Guests see open dates, pick them, pay, and get instant confirmation. No cut to a third party.
Not yet a fit if: You are not ready for a monthly cost to keep the payment system secure.
This is what confuses people most when they see the pricing. The easiest way to picture it is owning a vehicle.
Like buying the car
Paid once, up front. When it's done, the website and its source code are entirely yours.
Like tax and parking
Paid yearly so the site stays reachable. We pass the vendor invoice on exactly as it comes, with no markup.
Like scheduled servicing
Backups, security updates, and fixes when something breaks. Some clients handle it themselves, some hand it to us.
Only the first two are required. Maintenance you can add whenever you like, or never.
If a provider uses these words without explaining them, you are entitled to ask what they mean.
This is the most common reason projects slip, not the build itself. With the material ready, it goes much faster.
Answer them in order. Stop at your first yes.
Do guests need to see open dates and pay on the site themselves?
Do you have more than one villa, or sell other services too?
Do you want to change the site's content yourself, any time?
Do you just need somewhere convincing that sends guests to WhatsApp?
Still unsure, or not the only one deciding? Send this page to whoever else is involved, then message us together.
You don't need to follow the detail. But these three things hit your booking count directly.
A slow site gets abandoned before it finishes loading. Yours is built to open in seconds, including on patchy 4G.
Guest data and transactions sit on the same infrastructure large companies use, with automatic daily backups.
Your site is spread across servers in several countries. If one has a problem the others take over, so guests can still book.
Look at what each package costs, or message us and describe your villa's situation. If it turns out you don't need a website yet, we'll say so.
