Paid in stages: website 50-50, booking engine 50-30-20. Once paid in full, the code, design and content are yours.

The first year is included. From year two it covers hosting, domain, SSL and security updates, and from year three it is adjusted 10% a year.
Care Plan
Care Lite IDR 450K or Care Standard IDR 850K a month
Like scheduled servicing
Backups, updates, bug fixes after 30 days, and a monthly allowance of small changes.
The domain is in your name from day one. Want your own hosting? We move it at no charge.
Only the first two are required. A booking engine has its own running costs (Beds24 and gateway fees), set out on its page.
The terms that keep coming up, explained once
If a provider uses these words without explaining them, you are entitled to ask what they mean.
- Domain
- Your website's address, for example yourvilla.com.
- Rented yearly. Make sure it is registered in your name, not the agency's. On our packages the domain is in your name from day one.
- Hosting
- Where your website's files live so other people can open them.
- Without it the site is dead. On our packages the first year is included; from year two it is part of the yearly fee.
- SSL
- The little padlock next to the website address.
- Without it browsers show a “not secure” warning and guests leave immediately.
- CMS
- A panel for writing and changing the site's content yourself.
- On our packages the CMS comes with Business Website Konten and Plus and is for the blog: you write and publish articles without waiting for us. Other text, photo and rate changes go through the small-request allowance or a Care Plan.
- Payment gateway
- The service that processes card and transfer payments, like Midtrans or Xendit.
- They take a cut per transaction, far smaller than OTA commission.
- Channel manager
- A tool that keeps your calendar identical across every connected OTA.
- One date books on Airbnb and it closes on Booking.com straight away. This is what stops one night being sold twice.
- SEO
- The work of getting your villa to show up when people search Google.
- It compounds slowly rather than arriving at once. Be wary of anyone promising rank one in a week.
- Direct booking
- A guest books with you directly instead of through an OTA.
- That keeps the 15 to 22 percent OTA commission in your pocket, less a far smaller gateway fee.

The schedule counts from complete materials. We still write the page copy.

Review each stage
Tell us what is missing and we change it. Your review time does not count against the schedule.
How long until your site is live
In working days, counted from complete materials. Time spent on your review is not counted.

Rush Delivery halves the schedule (4 working days for a Landing Page, 7 for Plus) for an extra 30% of the package price, refunded in full if we are late. There is 1 slot a month across every service.

Why the technology matters to you
These three things decide how many guests get in touch.
Opens fast
We aim for a mobile PageSpeed score of 90 or above. If it misses, 2 improvement rounds within 30 days, within the limits on the guarantee page.
Secure
The site stores no card data. On a booking engine, payments go through Midtrans or Xendit straight to your account.
Rarely down
Served from Cloudflare or Vercel cloud hosting, with HTTPS and DDoS protection.
If it falls short, this is on us
For website packages, with conditions in the contract. Booking engine guarantees have their own page.
Full deposit back before the first design is sent
Cancel after the first design is sent and 50% of the deposit comes back. After the site reaches staging, 25%. Refunds are transferred within 7 working days.
At least 3 inquiries within 60 days
If it misses, we run improvement rounds at no charge: 1 for a Landing Page, 2 for Business Website Esensial and Konten, 3 for Plus. Under written conditions, including your site link on your Instagram bio, Google Business profile and WhatsApp Business profile within 7 days of launch.
30 days of bug fixes
Anything broken or not working to scope in the 30 days after launch, we fix at no charge.
Your brand name on page 1 of Google
The target is 60 days, provided the brand name is distinctive enough, the Google Business profile is in your name, and the site is not blocked from indexing. If it misses, one SEO improvement round each month, up to 3 rounds.
