What you should do
- Ask every happy guest for a Google review. It is the strongest local signal, and only you can ask for it.
- Answer chats from the website as fast as you can. Google brings the guest; your reply speed turns them into a booking.
- Give it at least 6 months before judging. Judging SEO in month two is like judging a tree in its first week.
