Everything the setup produces is yours outright. Management runs for a 3-month minimum, because one month is not long enough to see rate patterns move.

For a hotel whose reservations team sets its own rates but wants somebody keeping the connections alive. Your channel manager does not have to be one we installed. Start and stop whenever you like.
What we do
What we do not do
Rates, allotment, promotions and rate parity checks are not included. That work needs decisions every week, and it is priced from the Connect plan upward.
If somebody else installed it
IDR 3,900,000 once
A system installed by someone else is audited first: room types, rate plans, every channel, and the connection to the PMS you run. Then the monitoring is fitted. Wider than the villa audit because there is more to check. One-time, and not charged when the setup came from us.
Tool subscriptions are billed as a pass-through on your card at the real invoice with no markup. STAAH and Cloudbeds both quote rather than list, scaling with room count and the modules you use, and both bill in dollars so they move with the exchange rate. We take no commission from either vendor, so the figure you see is the figure they charge. The account is in your name, so if we ever part ways the system keeps running.
Management runs for a 3-month minimum. After that, stop any time with 30 days' notice. The setup carries no contract at all.

A 30-room hotel turning over IDR 500 million a month through OTAs pays roughly IDR 90 million in commission every month at an 18 per cent rate. Moving 1 booking in 5 to a direct channel keeps about IDR 18 million a month. Your hotel's numbers will differ. What does not differ: commission is charged every month forever, while the system is paid for once.
This is arithmetic, not a promise. How many bookings actually move is decided by rate, photos, reviews and season, none of which belong to us.
Payment gateway rates on the left, OTA deductions on the right. The gap is what you pay for a guest who already wanted to stay.
Cost of taking payment directly

The QRIS rate is set by Bank Indonesia. The card and e-wallet figures are the published rates of Midtrans and Xendit, the two gateways we install. We take no cut of your transactions.
Billed as a pass-through on your card at the real invoice with no markup. Our default for hotels is STAAH, because its support team sits in Indonesia and local payment gateways are already supported. Cloudbeds only comes in when there is work STAAH genuinely cannot do. And one comparison you will certainly find yourself: local channel manager software starts around IDR 399,000 a month, and SiteMinder around IDR 1 million. That is true, and that is what the software costs. What you are paying for here is not the subscription, it is the person running rates, allotment and parity across every channel every week.
| Tool | From | Notes |
|---|---|---|
What we avoid
Look at the Cloudbeds row. Its PMS really is the deepest, but one thing is the opposite of what most people assume: custom bank gateways cannot be connected to it at all. For an Indonesian hotel whose guests pay with QRIS, virtual accounts and local e-wallets, that narrows the payment options rather than widening them. We move a client up to Cloudbeds for operational depth, not to make the invoice look serious.
Vendors sell a bundle and call all of it a channel manager. One of these three you probably already own.
Availability and rates identical on every OTA, both ways, per room type.
Without it: rooms oversell, and rates on six platforms are edited by hand.

No, and that is deliberate
STAAH is not a PMS. The one you run today stays, and we connect to it. Want one vendor holding all three? That is Cloudbeds, discussed at the Revenue tier.
Running a villa with no front desk? You should not be paying for this third layer.
Midtrans or Xendit. Both take what Indonesians actually pay with, and settle to your own account.
What you get the moment this is live
Rooms sell after reception goes home
A booking at three in the morning finishes at three in the morning.
The money goes to you, not to us
The gateway account is in your company's name. We never hold the funds.
Deposits and balances run themselves
Deposit, balance and cancellation rules are set once, then run.
Reconciliation is automatic
An incoming payment marks its own booking paid.
Limits worth knowing before you sign
Commission is a percentage, so the bill swells in exactly your best months. This page charges a fixed number: a full month and a quiet month pay the same. The larger your OTA turnover, the wider that gap, and the gap is the reason this system pays for itself.
Example at IDR 500 million a month through OTAs
We are not telling you to switch the listings off. OTAs are a discovery engine: a guest who has never heard of your hotel finds it there, and no booking engine replaces that work. What moves is only a share, the guests who already know your name and still book through an OTA because your own website has no pay button. That share is what this page competes for, not the whole channel.
The unit figures below are our hourly rate multiplied by the time each piece actually takes, not an invented number with a line through it.

Direct plan setup price
IDR 22,000,000
Not a ticket system. You message the person who installed your system directly, for a full month after go-live.
Confirmation, pre-arrival reminder and a post-stay message that invites the next booking straight to you. The last one goes out after checkout, so it breaks no OTA's rules.
A one-page report listing every channel selling your rooms cheaper than your own website, with the reason for each. This is the leak owners most often never notice.
Days 1-5
We look at your room count, room types, channels and the PMS you run today, then choose between STAAH and Cloudbeds. The account is opened in your name.
Days 6-13
The booking engine goes onto the website, the channel manager connects to each OTA, and the payment gateway is tested with a real transaction rather than sandbox mode.
Days 14-18
Room types, rate plans, allotment and live bookings move across, then we deliberately try to oversell the inventory from two channels at once to confirm the system refuses.
Days 19-21
Your front office and reservations team are trained, the SOP is handed over, and the system goes live taking direct bookings.
If within 30 days of go-live the system does not do what this page says, namely a live booking engine, every channel in sync and payments landing in your account, the setup fee is refunded in full.
If rooms are oversold through a sync error on our side, we find equivalent replacement accommodation, handle the guest communication and fix the sync properly. No additional service fee for handling it.
What we do not guarantee: that your occupancy rises. That is decided by rate, photos, reviews and season, and anyone guaranteeing it is selling a fantasy. What is guaranteed is that the system works, and that when the fault is ours, we carry it.
The villa package runs on Beds24 and is priced for 1 to 15 units with no front office. This page runs on STAAH or Cloudbeds, because a hotel has shifts, housekeeping and tiered room types that a villa tool cannot hold. If your property is a villa, the next page over is the right one and its ladder starts far lower.
