Your website launches on the timeline promised in the contract.
Consequence: Late from our side: 5%/week discount (max 15%). Late from client: auto-extend.
Clause 02. Technical performance
Google PageSpeed mobile score of 90 or higher. Core Web Vitals all green at handover.
Consequence: We optimize for free, up to 2 rounds within 30 days. It does not apply when the score drops because of video, plugins, or scripts you added yourself after handover.
Clause 03. Brand SEO
Your website shows up on page 1 of Google for your business name within 60 days post-launch.
Consequence: You get free SEO optimization, one round a month, up to 3 rounds.
Clause 04. Matches the approved brief
What we build has to match the brief and design direction you approved in writing before we started. Minor revisions up to 5 requests in the first 30 days, plus the revision rounds your package includes. Details in the Revision Policy.
Consequence: If what we deliver departs from the approved brief, we redraw it from scratch once, free, as long as development has not started.
Clause 05. At least 3 inquiries in 60 days
At least 3 genuine inquiries arrive through WhatsApp or the website form within 60 days of launch. Counted from your own data, not from a report we write.
Consequence: If it falls short, we run free improvement rounds over another 60 days: 1 for a Landing Page, 2 for a Website Bisnis, 3 for Website Bisnis Plus. This holds as long as photos and rates were complete at kickoff, the site link is on your Instagram bio, Google Business profile and WhatsApp Business profile, and nobody else changed what we shipped.

Late Delivery Penalty (our side)
5% discount per week of delay (max 15%), applies only to delays purely caused by Dewata Tech (not client late on content/feedback/access). Penalty credited to final invoice.
What Happens to Your Money if You Stop Partway?
BEFORE YOUR SITE GOES LIVE
- You cancel within the first 7 days, before design starts
- Transferred back within 7 working days.
- You cancel after the design is approved
- The design is finished, so half the work is already spent.
- You cancel after the site reaches staging
- We still hand over part of the source code, in good faith.
- Your site is already live
- But you are not empty-handed: the site is running, the source code is 100% yours, plus a 30-day guarantee (bug fixes, extra training, and minor content adjustments per the Revision Policy).
CARE PLAN SUBSCRIPTION
- New subscribers get 30 days money-back, no questions asked.
- After that, cancel any time with no penalty. The remaining month is pro-rated.
Standard
- Stage 1 (50% deposit) when the contract is signed, before kickoff
- Stage 2 (50% balance) when the website is ready to go live, before launch
- 100% of the total is paid in just 2 instalments. The same applies to the Landing Page, the Business Website and Custom Property.
