What to know before you buy

This chatbot answers the questions that repeat every single day: which room is free, what it costs, where you are, is there a pool, are children allowed. Questions like these are usually 80% of the chats that come in.
Anything outside that and the chatbot stops and hands over to a human. You choose which WhatsApp number it hands over to: an admin, the front desk, a manager, or your own. It can be more than one number, and it can route by question type. Typical handovers are price negotiation, complaints, payment issues, and anything legal.
The limit is 3,000 conversations a month. For a villa or tour operator that covers even a busy season. Past that it is IDR 100 per conversation, which is what the AI provider charges us, not our margin.
The source code and everything the chatbot knows belongs to you. If you ever stop the subscription, you take all of it. Nothing is locked to us.
