Before day 1
Contract, deposit and complete materials
- The contract is signed, then the 50% deposit payment goes to the PT Dewata Artificial Intelligence account.
- Complete materials means your logo, photos (or a photo shoot date), business details (name, address, contact, rates or services) and domain access if you already own one. All of it goes through one brief form, and we write the page copy.
- We confirm "materials complete" in writing on WhatsApp within 1 working day of receiving the last item. Day 1 counts from there.
- Materials are due within 14 days of the deposit. Past 14 days, the schedule moves by the number of days late, with no late penalty from us. Past 30 days, the project is rescheduled into the next open slot, with no extra invoice before the site goes live.
First result
By day 3 you see the first design.
Draft copy and the first design of the main page reach you by day 3 at the latest, before a line of code is written. You approve it or ask for changes right there, so there is no week of waiting with nothing to look at.
Applies to the Landing Page and the Business Website. Cancel before we send that first design and the deposit comes back in full.

30-minute brief call
By phone, WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom, we ask about your business and the customers you want, then build the page outline from the details in your form.
Draft copy and first design
Draft copy and the first design for mobile and desktop. You approve it before we build.
Build on the test address
The approved design is built on a test address (staging): you can open the site, but the public cannot find it yet.
Testing and final approval
We test the form, the WhatsApp button, speed and the mobile view. You approve the final version, then pay the remaining 50%.
Launch and handover
The site moves to your domain with SSL (the padlock in the browser), Google Analytics and Search Console. A 30-minute training session.

Brief call and page map
A 30-minute brief by phone, WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom, then the page map is drawn from your form: 6 pages on Essential, 7 on Content, 10 on Plus.
Stage 1: outline and first design
An outline of every page (wireframe), draft copy in two languages, and the first design of the main page. You approve it before we continue.
Stage 2: design every page
Mobile and desktop design for every page. You approve it before it is built.
Stage 3: build and test
Built on the test address (staging), with on-page SEO, structured data, and form and WhatsApp button tests. Content and Plus get a Sanity blog for the articles you write yourself. You approve the final version, then pay the remaining 50%.
Launch and handover
Domain, SSL, Google Analytics and Search Console. A 30-minute training session, plus 60 minutes of blog training on Content and Plus.
The fee is +30% of the package price, paid with the deposit and refunded in full if we miss that date. We open 2 build slots a month across every build, and Rush Delivery uses one of them: 1 Rush Delivery slot a month across every service, so ask first whether this month is still open.
After launch
What keeps running once the site is live
- 30 days of bug fixes: anything broken by our work is fixed at no charge.
- 5 small change requests within 30 days, such as a new rate, a photo swap or a text fix.
- From you: put the site link in your Instagram bio, Google Business profile and WhatsApp Business profile within 7 days. That is a condition of the inquiry guarantee below.
- After 30 days, upkeep runs through the optional Care Plan.

On time

If we miss
Late on our side: 5% off per week, capped at 15%, taken off the final payment. More than 3 weeks late and you may stop, with the deposit returned in full.
Cancelling before launch

Cancel before we send the first design: 100% of the deposit back. After the first design, before the test address (staging): 50%. After the site reaches the test address: 25%.
If we miss
Refunds are transferred within 7 working days. After launch there is no cash refund, but defects in our work are still fixed.

A PageSpeed lab score of 90 or more for the mobile view when the site is handed over.
If we miss
If it falls short, 2 improvement rounds within 30 days. Does not apply if the score drops because of video, plugins or scripts added after handover.

For the worry people rarely say out loud: the site gets built, looks good, and stays quiet. The answer is a number written into your contract.
The promise

Counted from the WhatsApp chats and form submissions landing on your own number and inbox, not from a report we assemble. On day 30 we send a one-page summary of how many visitors came and from where. If the pace is short, the first improvement round may start then, and it counts toward your package's rounds.
If we miss
Free improvement rounds, starting from the cause
We read the data first. Under 150 visitors: we fix how the site gets found, meaning the Google Business Profile, Search Console and page titles. Visitors arriving but not chatting: we fix how the site persuades, meaning the headline, the offer and the WhatsApp button. 1 for a Landing Page, 2 for Website Bisnis Esensial or Konten, 3 for Website Bisnis Plus, over another 60 days. No invoice, and no requirement to buy another package first.
The conditions that make this claimable
- The site is live on your domain and nobody else has blocked it from Google.
- The photos and rates we asked for at the start of the project are complete. A site with no photos cannot be guaranteed by anyone.
- The WhatsApp buttons point at an active number. Chats that arrive and go unanswered still count as inquiries.
- Your site link goes on your Instagram bio, Google Business profile and WhatsApp Business profile within 7 days of launch. All three are free, and without them almost nobody knows the site exists.
- The Google Analytics we install stays in place, so both of us can read the visitor count.
- Nobody else rewrites the pages or sections we shipped during those 60 days.
- Spam, promotional chat messages, and messages from your own team do not count.
Three is not a big number, and that is deliberate. Three from around 150 visitors is 2%, less than half Unbounce's median landing page conversion rate for travel and hospitality, 4.8%. If a floor that low is not cleared, the fault is most likely ours, so the fix is ours too. What we do not guarantee: how many end up buying or booking, because customers decide that after reading your prices and your replies.
